Thanks to its 18/10 stainless steel construction without non-stick coating and its large-diameter triple diffuser bottom, it provides great results and great cooking efficiency. It is a very functional and very easy-to-use piece, and is suitable for all heat sources, including induction.

  • Triple diffuser bottom for excellent temperature distribution.
  • Perfect for stews and stir-fries. The larger diameters are ideal for cooking creamy rice dishes or risottos.
  • Glossy polished exterior and satin interior.
  • Wide full induction diffuser base with a thickness of 5.3 mm and 5.4 mm (depending on size). Compatible with all heat sources including induction.
  • High quality and elegant 18/10 stainless steel riveted handle.
  • Suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
  • For proper use, the pan must be allowed to heat up. Unlike non-stick pans, you need to heat it over medium/high heat, allowing the pan to warm up. It is always recommended to use it with a little oil.
