- 2 large easy entry front pockets with expansion gusset. On front of each pocket there is a zipped pocket with contrast flap. In each of these is an elasticated panel divided into sections for holding ammunition.
- On the outside of each upper thigh is a pocket with expansion gusset. Both have storm flaps with hidden brass popper. The left hand one has an internal full length Velcro fastening for compartmentalising the pocket to separate tools/knives etc.

- Inside the cuff there is a tab with a buttonhole; this a clever idea designed as a shoe lace binder. After your boots are tied, the excess can be passed through the binder and tied with a simple knot; this will stop any riding up of the trousers during walking. Details like this are passed back from people in the field.
