The Futuris FF-X250 Auto-Darkening Welding Helmet offers protection during welding against visible light, infrared and ultra violet radiation that can damage eyes and skin.
It is a fully certified solar powered welding helmet with automatic shading.
Its ratchet and crown are fully and easily adjustable. Thanks to its design, a disposable mask can be worn while wearing the FF-X250.
The Futuris FF-X250 is shaped to allow spatter to roll off and has a cutaway shape to prevent contact with shoulder and chest area.
Automatic Power on / off The FF-X250 welding helmet automatically turns itself on and off through a control circuit.
The lens switches from light to dark in 0.0001s and offers continuous eye protection against UV/IR even in its idle state. The UV/IR protection level is up to DIN13 at all times.
Power supply The FF-X250 helmet is solar powered with 2 non-replaceable lithium batteries as backup. There is no operator changeable batteries or on/off power switch.
Filters The FF-X250 is equipped with 2 photo sensors to sense the arc light.Conforms to European Standards The FF-X250 helmet complies with BS EN379:2003 and BS EN175:1997
